The Exeid Asset Management  programme has filled 80% of the vacant office space at New Walk House, 108 New Walk in Leicester, in just over 6 weeks. Their latest property, on New Walk, is exceeding all expectations and providing a fresh outlook on serviced offices in Leicester.
