The Exeid Asset Management programme has filled 80% of the vacant office space at New Walk House, 108 New Walk in Leicester, in just over 6 weeks. Their latest property, on New Walk, is exceeding all expectations and providing a fresh outlook on serviced offices in Leicester.
Leicester Area Director Nick Pigott said:
“This is an amazing result against the backdrop of a challenging economic climate. Despite the dowturn, our unique and innovative Asset Management Model really does allow us to buck the trend, delivering cash flow to landlords quickly, as well as providing flexible managed office space for great value, to clients.
The space on New Walk had lain empty since the departure of Freeth Cartwright Solicitors in 2007, so Exeid were especially thrilled to breathe new life into the building and maximise occupancy once more.
Richard Priestly, Managing Director of the Exeid Group, commented
“If you do what you’ve always done, you’ll get what you’ve always got. The economic climate means that you have to adapt to a changing market and re-evaluate strategies in order to provide the capital growth that Landlords desperately need. This means being 100% client focused if you are going to fill office space quickly and efficiently – at great value – while still generating returns for Landlords. Exeid have managed to provide the perfect balance, generating great returns for Landlords while still representing superb value for the client. This successful model maintains this balance perfectly, which is why we are expanding at such a quick rate and have employed additional staff every month, for the last quarter.
We are looking to work with landlords in Leicestershire who have underperforming assets, which they would like to get back on track. We only work with a handful of property owners in any region to ensure that we can give a dedicated service that starts generating cash flow quickly for the Landlords. We fully understand the dynamics of this business and we become pro-actively involved in increasing occupancy and client/Landlord satisfaction. In short, we will generate profit and cash flow from day one, for Landlords, by providing the most outstanding customer service and value for our clients.
We currently have waiting lists of Clients (Tenants) in Leicester and urgently require new properties – please make contact if you own property and would like to enhance your income stream.
