On Friday, we were joined by the film crew from 3AAA, to interview Dan Hix, our in-house accountancy apprentice.
3AAA are an outstanding apprenticeship provider who work extensively to deliver a perfect match between apprentices and employers. The fantastic technical training they provide to their apprentices has been clear from the start. From day one, Dan has provided a consistent, efficient delivery and a motivated work ethic.
We have greatly enjoyed seeing Dan develop his skill set and confidence over the seven months he’s been with us. He has even taught us a thing or two! The high level trainers at 3AAA have helped Dan improve his accountancy skills, which is evident from the consistently high standard of work he provides.
Dan is one of 3AAA;s exemplary success stories, and they have recognised this particular match to be one of a kind. Dan has definitely improved beyond the role of a typical apprentice and is already adding value to the business.
Upon being praised for his achievements, Dan said “it’s really nice to be recognised for my contributions to Exeid. I’ve really enjoyed jumping straight into the pool of professionals, rather than going through the University process. This way, I’ve saved loads of money, am getting the real-world experience I need and I feel like I’ve really progressed within the company. I look forward to what the future holds.”
