Exeid, a Nottingham-based commercial property consultancy, signed a contract with Rushcliffe Borough Council in February, giving Exeid permission to refurbish and fill the floors which were in a state of disuse. The two floors have been rebranded as the Rushcliffe Technology and Enterprise Centre (RTEC) and will be utilised with buzzing tech and business companies.
